When the evil Dr Hell attacks the Earth, the mighty giant mecha Mazinger Z is formed to stop him. Ten years ago, the villainous scientist Dr. Hell led his wicked followers, known as the Underground Empire, in a struggle to destroy all of humanity. It was against these forces that the young hero Koji Kabuto fought, piloting the legendary super robot "Mazinger Z." Koji's victory stopped Dr. Hell's evil plan and returned peace to the Earth. Now Koji has left the pilot seat behind and become a scientist in his own right, following in his father's and grandfather's footsteps. Yet an unexpected encounter deep under Mt. Fuji triggers an even greater threat to mankind than ever before and alters Koji's destiny forever. With humanity's fate in their hands, Koji and Mazinger Z face a choice between good and evil. T is entertaining, I do not know if it is enough to see it in the cinema, I enjoy the nostalgia, it has a lot of action, it feels fast and complicated, difficult to follow but in reality it is not so much, the story is practically focused on only Koji Kabuto, all the others only do almost cameos, I did not like that. What I thought was bad enough for a movie of this time is that all the female characters were mediocre and those who were previously leading in the series fall into a low plane of only worry about their respective partners when they were former colleagues and the others are for fan service, LISA is not human and neither is the great character.<br/><br/>Seriously yes there are women who enjoy Mazinger Z, movies and series that are designed for a male audience we enjoy but we do not like to reflect us as I saw in this movie. I am not against the fan service but it did not have any female character that was worth it. Great memories with doses of action more than sufficient, is not perfect but its dose of nostalgia makes us excited. Funny, and amazing.
